ARE REVISIONS INCLUDED WITH MY VIDEO PROJECT?

YES! We include 2 complimentary revisions for all of our projects. We do recommend clients try to consolidate revisions before requesting them so they can get the most out of each round. But if more revisions are required you may request them for an additional fee.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

For all of our projects, we require a 50% deposit before the start of the project. This holds as a booking fee prior to your shoot date or planned project. The remaining amount will be due after completion of the entirety of the project.
DO YOU OFFER PACKAGE PRICING?
WHAT IS THE TYPICAL TURNAROUND TIME PER PROJECT?

This is project-dependent, typically after the initial film date, the final deliverables could be delivered in 4 weeks. You will see the first pass within 1 week to a week and a half after filming.
DO YOU TRAVEL?

We most certainly do! We've traveled across the country for projects and willing to drive throughout Florida. Please contact us directly because we do require accommodations depending on how long the project will go on for.

This is also project-dependent, please contact us directly to discuss your project further and see what your needs are. After an initial consultation, we create a full proposal that has a project budget estimate and scheduling for the project.
WHAT IF THERE IS A CHANGE IN MY SCHEDULE AND CANNOT FILM?

We are able to work with everyone's schedules and understand emergencies happen. However, if you need to reschedule your shoot date we would need to reschedule based on our calendar availability.
